About Nes Zuluaga

As a Tampa Native, Nes attended the University of South Florida and graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to real estate, Nes specialized in Land Development for a civil engineering company located in Downtown Tampa. She learned the latest techniques of land design, planning, permitting, zoning, and construction processes for industrial, commercial, and residential purposes within the Tampa area.

 

She is fascinated with real estate and development, and passions to be involved with the potential and growth Tampa has to offer. She truly enjoys helping people and chose a career in real estate to maximize her expertise while assisting people directly.
